We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or location. You can use BeamTo without signing up or creating an account.
2. How We Use Your Prompts
BeamTo is a text-to-image experience. You do not upload photos — you simply type a description of a place, and the app generates a 360° panorama for you.
When you type a prompt and tap go:
- Your text prompt is securely transmitted to OpenAI, our trusted third-party AI processing provider, solely to generate the 360° world you requested.
- Your prompt is used only to generate the requested image and is processed in accordance with OpenAI's API data policies.
- Generated content is not used to train BeamTo, and we do not sell or share your prompts with advertisers.
3. In-App Event Tracking
We use anonymous analytics to track app usage events, including:
- Progress through the onboarding experience
- If and when a user closes the paywall
- When world generations occur (to track generation counts)
This helps us improve the user experience but does not collect or store personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
BeamTo uses OpenAI, a trusted third-party AI processing provider, to generate AI 360° panoramas. The text prompts you submit are securely transmitted to OpenAI solely for the purpose of producing your requested result.
Prompts sent to OpenAI are handled according to OpenAI's API data usage policies. Data submitted via the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI's models. You can review OpenAI's policies at openai.com/policies.
5. Children's Privacy
BeamTo is committed to protecting children's privacy in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. Our app operates without requiring any personal information, account creation, or data that could identify individual users, including children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us immediately at support@larbsoft.com and we will promptly address your concerns.
6. Data Security
We use encryption (HTTPS) and secure transmission practices to protect your data. Prompts are sent over secure connections and are used only to generate the requested output. We only work with third-party AI providers that meet industry-standard security practices.
